Dr. Jason Aston

Jason D. Aston, M.D.

Dr. Jason Aston earned his medical degree at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. During residency, he trained in General Surgery at the University of South Florida and completed his fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX.  Dr. Aston's fellowship training has provided him with an in-depth experience in robotic, laparoscopic and open surgical procedures for colon cancer, rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, familial polyposis and diverticular disease. He also specializes in treating patients with anal fissures, fistulas, pilonidal disease and symptomatic hemorrhoids.

His services include Robotic Surgery (DaVinci Xi Surgical System ©), Laparoscopic and Open Surgical approaches. Additionally, he offers colonoscopy, in-office procedures, J-pouch creation, ostomy creation and management, and provides state-of-the-art treatment for patients with fecal incontinence, with expertise in the placement of sacral nerve stimulators.

Dr. Keith Hollister

Stephen “Keith” Hollister, M.D.

Dr. Keith Hollister earned his medical degree at the James H. Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN. After medical school, he completed his General Surgery residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis and furthered his training with a Fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Dr. Hollister has had the opportunity to train in the most recent advances in Colorectal Surgery, including Robotic Surgery (DaVinci Xi Surgical System ©), Transanal Minimally Invasive Surgery (TAMIS ©), and Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection and Mucosal Resection. He also employs the time-honored approaches of laparoscopic and open surgery, J-pouch creation, colonoscopy, and ostomy creation and management, and a variety of in-office procedures.

Dr. Hollister treats a wide range of diseases involving the colon, rectum and anus, and is involved in the surgical management of the inflammatory bowel diseases ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. His training has provided him with experience in the treatment of patients with diverticulitis, colon cancer, rectal cancer, anal cancer, and familial diseases (FAP, Lynch syndrome). He also specializes in treating patients with hemorrhoids, anal fissures, anal condyloma, anal fistula, pilonidal disease and fecal incontinence.
